2. Users of the self-storage service must complete full membership registration on the app by providing their real name, ID number, contact details, and other personal information.
3. The Company has the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the personal information provided by users.

III. User Obligations

1. Users should adequately keep their account passwords safe and shall not lend their accounts to others.
2. Users shall not use this service to conduct any illegal activities.

4. Users should pay service fees on time.

IV. Service Fees

The fees for products and services purchased on this app are based on actual listed prices.

V. Refund Policy

Refunds for user purchases must be requested before the service is utilized, and the remaining balance must be refunded per their rented space. No refunds will be accepted after the service has been used.
